TRAVEL TEAMS

Our Legit Travel Teams are for players looking to push their lacrosse skills further, available through tryouts or invites to ensure a strong team dynamic. These teams compete in well-known tournaments, providing a chance to play against some of the best, get noticed, and experience the teamwork and intensity of advanced lacrosse. Being on a Legit Travel Team means joining a group focused on improving together and showing their best on and off the field.

Our travel teams operate during the Summer and Winter seasons, thoughtfully scheduled around the regular season to accommodate regional team commitments. Typically, our lineup includes a Varsity Team for grades 11-12, a JV Team for grades 9-10, and a Middle School Team for grades 7-8. Depending on player availability, we also field teams for younger athletes in 5th/6th grades and, for tournaments closer to home, even 3rd and 4th grades. This structure allows players at various stages of their lacrosse journey to experience the thrill of competition and the joy of team travel, enriching their development and love for the game.

Playtime Philosophy

The goal is to have equal rotations for everyone but with the nature of the game and human nature, that isn’t always realistic.  So our guarantee is that we will play everyone evenly in the first half.  If there is a close game, the second half may be more lopsided in playing minutes.

There should never be a situation where a player doesn’t play at least 10 minutes in a game.  If there was a late substitution due to pace of play, time will be rectified on the field until the 10 minute minimum per game is met.
